Our dinner events are primarily hosted on our premier vessel, the Sapphire Star. Built for l events, this spacious boat features a fully enclosed, climate-controlled main deck to keep you comfortable in any weather. After you finish your meal, you can head up to the partially shaded upper deck to take in the views of the lake and feel the breeze.
